Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If cancelling after hours, please send a detailed message ( name, address, time of appointment) to service@hometek.co or send a text message to 720.598.2834 If appointment was booked on the same day, minimum cancellation time is 2 hours prior to appointment time.Should these measures to cancel an appointment not be taken, the cost of the service call ( $85 for residential and $145 for commercial appliances) will be charged.
