Our technician visits, diagnoses the problem and offers you an exact quote for parts and labor cost. If at this point, you decide to have the appliance repaired, the Service Appointment fee will be applied towards the total repair cost. We'll give you honest advice – if your washer's better off replaced, we'll tell you straight up. If you decide not to proceed with repair only $85 Service Appointment fee will be charged.
